Every day from the moment we wake up we have choices to make. Most become habitual thru time and are chosen by our subconscious mind, comprising our lifestyle and ultimately driving our decisions and our state of being.

In modern day society, many of the choices we are presented with daily can contain an array of toxins, whether environmental, chemical, physical or emotional.

How aware are you of yours? How many of your daily choices, symptoms or feelings exist in your “automatic”? Can you recognize when you add toxins to your “bucket” and how they can or are currently affecting you?

The Less Toxic Life uses Functional Medicine, Blood Chemistry Analysis, and Health & Wellness Coaching to help you gain the information and tools you need to understand your body and identify patterns of dysfunction; alleviating symptoms or conditions, re-balancing the body and allowing more clarity and vitality in connection to self, where each new choice aligns you closer to your health and wellness goals.

The focus is on identifying and addressing the underlying root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms. Through our coaching sessions, we will work together to optimize your overall health and well-being addressing your health from a variety of lenses.

  • To gain a deeper understanding of your health profile, I offer blood chemistry analysis. This comprehensive analysis allows me to evaluate key markers related to metabolism, nutrient status, and organ function. By assessing these markers, we can tailor our coaching approach to address any specific imbalances or deficiencies through a roadmap of lifestyle modifications and nutritional supplementation.

  • We explore various lifestyle aspects that contribute to your health and create actionable steps and goals as needed.

    These may include: Sleep, Movement, Nutrition, Stress Management & Mindset.

  • I am dedicated to helping you reduce exposure to toxins in your everyday life. I will provide practical guidance and resources for adopting a low-toxic lifestyle. This includes information on eco-friendly products, non-toxic cleaning alternatives, and sustainable living practices.

  • To further support your health journey, I offer access to conventional and specialty tests. These tests include, but are not limited to:

    Gastrointestinal Health: Testing for gut health imbalances, digestive disorders, and gut microbiome analysis.

    Food Sensitivities: Identifying food sensitivities and intolerances through specialized testing.
